FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Administrative procedures such as Immigration (VISA), Licenses & Permits, and Land Compensation require case-specific eligibility checks and documents. If you proceed without a proper pre-review, you may face avoidable supplements and delays. During the initial consultation, we organize the key facts, and when a case requires a higher-stakes judgment, the Representative Administrative Agent confirms the direction before proceeding.
Q1 How does the consultation process work? +
The initial consultation is handled first by our Office Manager (English available), to quickly organize your situation and required materials.
- Key situation review: purpose, current status, timeline, and main issues
- Document guidance: minimum documents needed (scan/photo is acceptable)
- Pre-review: document structure, submission order, and likely supplement points
- Representative review (if needed): higher-risk matters are confirmed by the Representative Administrative Agent
Q2 How are consultation fees handled? +
Fees may vary depending on complexity, document volume, and time required. We provide the fee schedule in advance before the consultation begins.
- Basic consultation: (e.g., 30 minutes / KRW 50,000)
- Consultation with document review: (e.g., after review, 60 minutes / KRW 100,000)
- If you proceed with representation: the consultation fee may be partly/fully credited (per office policy)
Q3 Do I need to deliver documents in person? Can I use courier/registered mail? +
In-person delivery is not required. We can work with courier, registered mail, and digital files (scan/photo). Some cases may require original copy verification, and we will advise you beforehand.
- Initial check: eligibility and missing items via scan/photo
- When originals are needed: receipt by registered mail/courier, with storage/return guidance
- Privacy: documents are handled for the stated purpose only, with proper retention/disposal standards
The delivery method is less important than having the right document structure before submission. If this is not set correctly, supplements may repeat—professional review is recommended.
